6)Will I have to pay for shipping & delivery separately to the rider when he delivers?

Hello, please be informed you do not have to pay any extra charges aside the amount clearly stated on your parcel.

7)How much is the shipping fee/shipping & delivery fee?

FREE shipping for orders above KES1500. (Remote Areas not Included)

If the order amount less than KES1500, there will be an additional shipping fee: KES300.

8)Can I open the parcel before payment?

Parcels can only be opened after payment is received. Any issue with regards to the package can be raised to our customer service team.
