1) How do I place an order?
- Visit ke.oraimo.com website on you web browser or download oraimo store app
- Tap or click on the item you want to purchase
- Tap on Buy Now if that is the only item you want to purchase. Tap on “Add to Cart” to add more items and then tap or click on “Checkout”
- Fill the form that pops up with your accurate information
- Tap on confirm to complete the process
- - You’ll receive a confirmation in your Email. We will contact you to confirm your order details, so please keep your phone accessible. Sometimes your order may be automatically confirmed due to your excellent order history.
2) Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
You have the option to cancel it and make a new order or contact our customer service center for help
after the order is canceled, your coupons will return to your account.
3) How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order on the 'My Orders' page before it ships out. Note: 1. We're not able to cancel an order that has been shipped.
4) Can I use more than one coupon?
Apologize for this inconvenience, per order, can only be applied with one coupon code.
However, you may use a coupon code + oraimo points together in one transaction.
5) How can I track my order and know its status?
You can check the status of your order at order page.
Please note that your order number has been sent to you via email(for example, O-KE.....).
To track your parcel, simply enter your order number on our tracking page
6) How do I change my shipping address?
Before placing order, you can edit the shipping address at the order sumbit page.
After placing the order, you can contact our customer service center
0721 899 999 to change your address OR cancel it and make a new order with correct shipping address.
7) Can I place the order today and get it today?
shipping delivery takes within 2 to 5 business days

8)My location is not listed on the website or the app. How do I get my order to my location?
Please be informed that shipping delivery is nationwide but there are locations the rider cannot reach. Do reach out to the hotline numbers on the website for further assistance.
9) Can I place an order and pick it up at the store?
Currently, we do not offer this service. However, should we begin to support it in the future, we will certainly keep you informed. We appreciate your interest and understanding.
10) My phone is on DND (Do Not Disturb), can I be reached out to only on Whatsapp or through a text?
Please note the riders use phone calls strictly for shipping delivery. Kindly provide a number that is easily reachable.
