1) What can points be used for?

Points can be redeemed for discounts, gifts, lottery entries, and more. Use them to reduce the cost of orders in the oraimo store App's Points Mall or when shopping through the oraimo Mall.

2) How to Earn Points?

Currently, points can be earned in the following ways:

Sign-in: New users get 100 points upon registration (once per user).

Subscribing: Newsletter subscription grants 100 points (once per user).

Purchases: Earn points based on order amount with no limit on frequency.

Birthday: Provide your birthday to receive 200 points annually on your birthday.

Review: Earn 100 points per order review with no review limit.

Fill in your information: Fill in your phone number and birthday to win 20 points rewards

Like a review: Give other's reviews a like, you will get 5 points

You have 10+ likes reviews: You will get extra 20 points rewards and your reviews will be selected for popular reviews.

3) How to Use Points?

Points can be spent through shopping and by redeeming products in the Points Mall.

• Shopping Points Usage: Users can apply points for shopping at the oraimo Mall or oraimo store App, deducting up to 10% of their order total at checkout.
• Points Mall redemption is available exclusively on the oraimo store App for registered users to exchange points for products. You can use points to redeem products for free in app points mall.

4. Points Mall Redemption:

Exclusive to oraimo store App users!!

• Redeem products if your points exceed the product's point cost, subject to stock availability.
• Direct redemption only; no save for later. Points are deducted instantly upon redemption.
• Check your redemption status in Points Mall >> View Points History >> Redemption Details. No returns or refunds on points-redeemed products.
